Update on Youth Baseball Complex & Faris Field August 14

Faris Field

Soon we will see some action again at Mandan’s well known Lefty Faris Field. Lefty Faris Field was home to Mandan’s football and track and soon the multipurpose fields will be home to Mandan boys’ and girls’ baseball ages 5-12 and by Mandan’s fastpitch program. Faris Field renovations include agrilime on two fields, sprinklers on two fields, concrete dugouts, batting cages and electrical work. Mandan Parks and Recreation contributed $771,000 and Mandan Girls Fastpitch contributed $15,000 towards the overall project. The project is expected to be completed in spring of 2025.
