Team Registration: Sept. 28 – Nov. 9

Player Registration: Oct. 12 – Nov. 25

Sponsor Fee: $180.00 per team *** $10.00 late fee applied after registration closes

Player Fee: $100.00 per player *** $10.00 late fee applied after registration closes
