School Year MAC will be offered at Lewis & Clark, Fort Lincoln, Red Trail and Lakewood Elementary Schools.

After School

After School Programming: After school – 6:00 pm
2025/2026 Program Dates: August 19 – May 22
Deposit/Registration Fees: $300.00 per child (first month and last month)
Monthly Fees: $150.00 per child per month (October 5 – April 5)

Fort Lincoln Morning

Before School Programming: 7:00am – 7:50am
2025/2026 Program Dates: August 19 – May 22
Deposit/Registration Fees: $100.00 per child (first month and last month)
Monthly Fees: $50.00 per child per month (October 5 – April 5)

Registration Procedure

Registration is available online only. Auto payment of monthly fees are required unless paid in full.
- Beginning November 1st, 2025 Auto Debit Customers will be assessed a 3.25% service fee for their credit/debit transactions (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard or Discover). If refunding a purchase done by an auto debit transaction; service fees are not refunded.
- We encourage you to download our phone application to register! The phone app provides easy registration through a user-friendly interface. Click here to download!
Returning families registration begins May 12 through June 9.
New family registrations will be taken from the waiting list after June 9. Please fill out information below.
School Year MAC and Summer MAC are two different programs. If you are enrolled in one program it doesn’t guarantee that you are enrolled in the other program.

SMAC/SYMAC Financial Assistance

Applications are open for three weeks after registration begins. Patrons must complete the waiver form during this period.

The SMAC/SYMAC Scholarship Program supports Mandan community children and Mandan Public Schools students facing financial hardship to ensure access to Mandan Parks and Recreation programs.

Eligibility:

Applicants must provide annual income information to demonstrate financial need.
All required documentation must be submitted within the enrollment period.

Scholarships are limited and not guaranteed. Approval for one program or year does not ensure future eligibility.

Waiting List

If you are interested in enrolling your child in the MAC program, please use the form at the bottom of the page to submit your request to be added to the waiting list. Once you have submitted your form you will be contacted by the program leader.
