Water Aerobics

All classes include warm-up time, stretching, class time and cool-down periods. These classes are a good way to improve flexibility, strength, endurance, your health and to stay physically active. Water programs meet in the pool area. No swimming skills required.

Water aerobic classes are on going classes. Patrons are able to join at any time.

Classes are included in Mandan Aquatic Center & Combo Membership.

Drop in: $5.00 per class
