The Mandan Park Board was presented with a pump track proposal at the April 8th Park Board meeting. Central Dakota Cyclists proposed the construction of a pump track at Sunset Park. A pump track is an asphalt track with berms, bumps, jumps and sharp turns. Their plan is to apply for grant funding and fundraise the difference. The Mandan Park Board recommended that the bike enthusiasts do more research and bring back more information to the Mandan Park Board at a later date.
